Golden Coast Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, 4 star
I don't know if it's the best hotel, but the Crowne Plaza's the one I stayed at during a surfing vacation with some friends, and it put us in a fine location to really take in the waves and excellent weather they have to offer down under. Top-notch, truly awesome.
